Jason Yoder is a founder, operator-turned-strategic owner, and disciplined capital steward with over two decades of experience building and scaling cash-flow-positive business models in construction, energy, and service-based infrastructure markets.
He began his career in hands-on operational roles that provided a practical foundation in logistics, customer service, and execution at scale. That early exposure to real-world operations shaped his approach to leadership: systems over personality, discipline over speed, and fundamentals over speculation.
In 2003, Jason founded Energy Efficient Replacements (EER), initially operating as an owner-led enterprise. Through measured reinvestment, process optimization, and a strong emphasis on reputation and customer trust, EER grew into a multi-million-dollar company. As the organization matured, Jason transitioned from day-to-day operations into strategic oversight, focusing on leadership development, financial controls, and scalable infrastructure.
Building on that experience, Jason formed Yoder Group Holdings LLC, a holding company designed to acquire, incubate, and scale operating businesses with durable demand and repeatable economics. The portfolio includes Energy Efficient Replacements, Great Lakes Entry Co. and Great Lakes EV Charging, along with pilot ventures SafePath Home Group, HydroFit Studio and TrueCheck RV Inspections. Our business is rooted in performance-driven service models.
Across all ventures, Jason applies a consistent investment framework:
Emphasis on cash flow and margin discipline
Local market dominance prior to regional expansion
Early systemization of operations and governance
Conservative leverage and responsible capital deployment
Jason is known for aligning incentives across teams and partners while maintaining transparency and accountability at the ownership level. He prioritizes businesses that function independently of any single individual, enabling long-term resilience and scalability.
As Managing Partner, Jason oversees capital allocation, strategic growth initiatives, and leadership development across the portfolio. His focus remains on building durable companies that generate sustainable returns while adapting to evolving market dynamics.
Jason resides in northern Indiana with his wife and family and remains actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organizations under Yoder Group Holdings.
